Sales Executive/Business Development Manager/Associate Partner/Assistant Manager/Manager/Assistant General Manager /Assistant Vice President/Vice President/President /Association Director/Director/Business Associate.

You Shall all time bound by the guidelines on Associating of Business Associates, dated 18-05-2021 approved by the Brokersathi on association of Business Associates and all other circular/guidelines/rules applicable upon Business Associates, as may be notified/amended from time to time by the Brokersathi

You shall all times while working as business Associates with the Brokersathi hold a valid identity card issued by the Brokersathi for acting as business Associates.

Duties and Responsibilities :- The Brokersathi will expect you to work, in any section in which you are placed, with a high standard of initiative, efficiency, integrity and economy.

Minimum Business Guarantee: Evaluation of your performance and continuance and continuance of your’s association as Business Associates shall be based on achievements of the Minimum Business Guarantee norms laid down by the Brokersathi from time to time. The Brokersathi at its sole discretion may modify by increasing or decreasing the minimum business Guarantee norms from time to time.

Training and Development: We highly believe in trained work force. To ensure the effectiveness of the sales team , we provide Training session on regular basis. This will further enhance the sale skills and will impart complete information regarding the products

Commissions /Payment: Commission on the business procured & completed by you shall be paid as per the relevant provision of the Brokersathi and in accordance with the prescribed commission structure (This however subject to change time to time) The Brokersathi shall reserve the right to vary the commission rates from time to time.

Expectation from association:

• a) We expect you to devote your attention in carrying out your work activities honestly, faithfully and diligently keeping in mind at all times, The Brokersathi Policies.
• b) You are not allowed to give any written documentation on behalf of the Brokersathi to the clients.
• c) The Brokersathi would not be liable for any false commitment and by you to the clients.
• d) You are not allowed to offer any discount to the client in any manner. Disciplinary action to the tune of termination would be taken if it’s found that you have been given any discount to the clients.
• e) We expect you to keep your work strictly confidential and not divulge or disclose to any outsider or ex-association, either during your association or after, any information or confidential matters related to the Brokersathi, its association. We expect that you will not act in manner, which may be prejudicial or detrimental to the reputation and standing of the Brokersathi

No Employer –Employee Relation:

There shall not be employer –employee relationship between you and the Brokersathi and you shall not be entitled to any payment whatsoever other than the commission for the proposal secured for the Brokersathi You are not authorized to make any commitments which shall have a binding effect in the Brokersathi and any commitment or representation made by you shall be deemed to have been made personally and not on behalf of the Brokersathi. In case Brokersathi incurs any losses on account of any wrong and unauthorized representation made by you, the Brokersathi shall have the right to recover the losses from you including any levy or penalty as may be levied by any statutory or regulation body. Recovery of losses from you may also be made in the same manner as laid down for recovery of commission paid as mentioned herein above or in the manner as may be deemed fit at its sole discretion by the Brokersathi

Misrepresentations:

The Brokersathi Shall rely on the information furnished and representation made by you from time to time. If any information or representation is found to be incorrect or if any material information is detected by us to have been suppressed by you, the Brokersathi shall have the rights to terminate this association with immediate effects.

Validity: This Brokersathi association letter is valid for the period of 3 months from the date of issue and will be reviewed and extended on mutual agreement of both the parties.

Termination /Suspension/Resignation:

At any time during your tenure with the Brokersathi, The company may cancel /suspend this association and your engagement as business Associate, after giving a reasonable opportunity of being heard ,if you:

• a) Violate any of the terms of this association letter.
• b) Fails to furnish any information relating to your activities as a required by the Strive Partners.
• c) Furnish wrong or false information.
• d) Do not cooperate with any inspection or enquiry conducted by the Brokersathi
• e) Fails to full fill the prescribed minimum business guarantee.

Disputes:- Any disputes between the two parties shall be referred to Arbitration .The arbitrator shall be appointed by the Brokersathi

Lien on Commission:

Brokersathi shall have Lien on all commission payable to you under the terms of this Brokersathi Association Letter and The company Brokersathi shall be entitled to recover any amount of any loss sustained by the Brokersathi arising out of any act or mission on account of any amount recoverable from the you, out of the commission payable to you .This lien shall be exercised by the Brokersathi without prejudice to other legal remedy available to Brokersathi in law.

NOTE:

a) The amount will be paid subject to payment plan

b) This contract is valid for the 3 months only from the date of issuance

c) Price are subject to changes as per company policy

d) For the purpose of qualifying the slab only those units will be considered against which 100% amount of total consideration have been received

e) Slabs are applicable for all commission calculation

f) If any discount is given then it will be deducted/ adjusted from given commission

g) All the PLCs and other charges applicable will be of company

Release Of Brokerage Payment:

a. Under Down Payment Plan - 100% of brokerage will be released after collection of 100% amount of total sale price from the customer with the credit period of 45 days from the date of first token received.

b. Under Time Linked Plan - Commission Will be paid as per the payment received in the same percentage of the time linked plan.
